Gary Redman

Gary "Pops or Pawpaw" Redman, 65, of Hineston, LA, has gone fishin' on June 20, 2023. He was born on December 3, 1957, in Gary, IN, to Morris Redman and Sodona McBride. Gary was a man of many talents! He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who always put his loved ones first. He loved God and doing many works for the Kingdom. Gary was also a proud Army veteran who served for 8 years and was the electrician extraordinaire on offshore rigs in the Gulf and Brazil. He also kept things cool as an HVAC technician for Pride Industries and Larry Stockwell A/C & Heating. When he wasn't working hard, Gary loved to cast his line and go fishing or hunt with his buddies. He worshipped at Sugartown United Pentecostal Church, where he always felt at home. Gary is survived by his wife, Patricia D. Redman (McGee), son Christopher D. Maestas & wife Cordelia, daughter Rachal M. Wright (Maestas) & husband Matt, grandchildren Tucker J. Maestas, Gabrielle E. Maestas and Daniel R. Williams, sister-in-law Debra J. Blair and husband Duane, brother Howard D. Coppes & Wife Linda, and several nieces and nephews.
