Estrelita Deneen Fletcher, 59, was born June 20, 1964, to the union of Lionel Fletcher and Jacqueline Anderson in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On Saturday, October 14, 2023, she dropped her earthly cloak to rejoin her Heavenly Father.

Estrelita-or Deneen-as she affectionately known accepted Christ at an early. She was baptized at Progressive Baptist Church of Alexandria, Louisiana. As a young adult, she joined Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church in Alexandria, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. Upon moving her family to Baton Rouge, she became a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, where she remained a faithful member until her passing.

A lifelong lover of education, Deneen received her formative education in the Rapides Parish School System. She was a 1981 graduate of Peabody Magnet High School, after which she attended Louisiana Tech University. In August 2006, she enrolled at Southern University and A&M College to continue her long delayed undergraduate studies. In December 2010, she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with Honors. She immediately enrolled in Graduate School, receiving her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern University as well.

In 1983, she began living her self-proclaimed greatest purpose, giving birth to her daughter (the good child) Tiffani Michelle. In 1985, she gave birth to son, Ventric Denard (the favorite kid). On April 19, 2014, her purpose shifted from "Momma" to "Mimi" as she welcomed her first grandchild, Ventric, II. On October 29, 2018, her dream of being Mimi for both of her children was fulfilled with the birth of Micah Keith. A lover of children, she was elated to welcome her third grandson, Kole Dimitri, on July 20, 2019. On May 29, 2020, Mimi's circle was completed with the birth of her Princess, Harper Rose.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline K. Campbell, and father, William E. Campbell,

Sr. Estrelita leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Lionel (Jean) of Kent, WA, her brother: William E. Campbell, Jr. of Baton Rouge; her children Tiffani Michelle and Ventric Denard, of Baton Rouge: her grandchildren: Ventric Denard Fletcher, II, Micah Keiti. Richardson, Kole Dimitri Fletcher, and Harper Rose Fletcher, all of Baton Rouge; one niece, Gabriella Folman, of Alexandria; her uncle and godfather, Vernon D. Jones, of Houston, TX; adopted daughter Lashawn Vincent and her children (Treazhure, Trenton, and Trinity) of Baton Rouge; dear friends Vera Alexander and Cristal Johnson of Alexandria, Louisiana; and a host of godbrothers, cousins, relatives, and friends.
